21+ Avocado Plant Leaves Curling. I suspect both your trees are showing symptoms of too much water, or soil that doesn't drain well and remains soggy for long periods of time. I started an avocado from a seed last summer and currently have a small tree that is probably 1.25 ft tall.

Avocado leaves with dry brown edges are usually due to dry air. It has nice large leaves on it but the lower leaves keep turning, curling and dying avocados lose their leaves for many reasons. Thanks in advance for answers! I've had it for over a year.
